Mike Davis
Mike is a 30 year veteran in the building industry. He formed ICPMI to represent premier products in concrete and masonry waterproofing, seismic retrofit, concrete finishing, air barriers, architectural rainscreen cladding and floor protection, for commercial, public and institutional projects. With broad product and construction knowledge, Mike can recommend product solutions and provide specification assistance and design review.
Brett Elliott
Brett grew up in construction. His experience has enhanced and expanded ICPMI’s capabilities over the years. Brett is often found in the field overseeing projects, jobsite product training, manufacturer’s inspections, and addressing customer service. Brett’s concentration is Skudo Temporary Protection systems, RJD Solutions for Rust and Corrosion control, and Architectural Concrete chemicals for concrete surface finishing.
Jann Kempton
With both design and façade experience, Jann works with architects and installers for the ICPMI cladding panel lines. In addition to product marketing, Jann addresses local code questions, specification assistance, and installer referrals. She also assists with marketing solutions across the ICPMI product lines.
